     Maria is GREAT, my three daughters and I have been going since she opened her doors. I love the convenient location off Walnut St. between Cary Towne Center and Crossroads shopping centers. Robson is unparalled in his ability to revive my hair each cut &/or color/style; I leave loving my hair again! Maria really listened to me about how I've never been able to grow my own nails, she gave me great advice, does a fantastic mani/pedi and my natural nails have never been longer! I never feel rushed there either, unlike the typical nail spas that are sometimes overcrowded and noisy. The ambience is also very relaxing and the spa is beautiful.

     Natural Look is a fabulous, absolutely fabulous salon. Stepping into the salon made me feel right at home, elegant yet everyone was very friendly. Maria helped me to grow my own nails which were a real problem after having had poor acryllic service in California and having ruined nails. Now my nails look as good as can be.
Robson is a fabulous hair dresser. My hair never looked better. He knew what to do by looking at my haircut. I have cow licks in the back and he has made them look flat. He is a very pleasant man and a great hairdresser.

     Robson is a MASTER!!!! I walked in scared to death, with 16inches of long curly hair to donate and was going short. He ran with it,I gave very little direction and trusted him totally. The color was PERFECT and the hair cut and consultation was out of this world. I left with a cut I could wear straight or curly. He taught me what to do to take care of the cut and how to style it at home. Every 6 weeks I run back to get my color and my cut. I cried all the way home, I had not felt pretty in along time and he changed my life. Due to his talent and personality, I have lost 30lbs to go with my hair and feel the best I have felt in years. ROBSON not only takes care of hair he changes the way you look at yourself and yourself esteem. I don't ever want to be without him. Hollywood can only have him half the time. They must share!!!! The salon is also classy and done in great taste. Very relaxing and all of the other ladies and gents working their have all been so nice and very personable. I pass out business cards everywhere I go.

     We both agree that Andrea gave us our best haircuts ever! My hair grows with hair licks that challenge haircuts with a style. Joe is a swimmer; chlorine makes most haircuts impossible to manage. Andrea did an amazing job. She created short styles for both of us that are absolutely “a cut above”. The Natural Look Salon and Spa is quiet, lovely… and the people are friendly but not intrusive. Perfect.

          CLASS -- that word sums it up for Natural Look on Walnut just past the mall. This is the kind of salon everyone looks for but rarely finds. Here's my take. Staff : very experienced and professional in every respect. Decor: chic and contemporary -- good taste, not overdone. Atmosphere: comfortable, genuine. Prices are unbelievably reasonable for such an upscale salon. This place is a find! No wonder people keep going back. (Hint: Ask for Layton.)

     I totally love my hair cut!!!!! Everyone there at Natural Look was so sweet, caring, and kind. As a college student with a tight wallet it was worth my time and money to have such wonderful service. The people at Natural Look go above and beyond to ensure that each customer is happy with their service(s). I promise you will be satisfied when you leave.

     I have had my haircut twice by Robson and he gives the best haircut I have ever had. The first time I gave him no direction whatsoever and he still gave me a great haircut, even after 5 weeks I didn't have a complaint and that has never happened.

     The second haircut I had I wanted it much shorter and he just cut it perfectly. I hope to never ever lose Robson for my haircuts. He is very professional and the best at cutting and styling that I have ever had.

     The salon and spa is very clean, quiet, warm and comfortable. Everyone is friendly but not overly friendly. Great place to go, check it out and give yourself the experience of a lifetime. Thank you very much.

      Finding a new hair stylist can be a daunting task. It seems you need to kiss a lot of toads to find the prince! I have been to this new spa 3 times and have had a positive experience each time.

     To sum up it up, the spa is well appointed, CLEAN; the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The stylist really listened to what I said about my hair and gave me the right natural color with a low maintenance cut. The massage, manicure & pedicure were top notch each time …not just the first time. The prices are fair and reasonable.

     Best of all…I have never been bothered to purchase “products”. I don't like the sales pressure applied at other salons to purchase products, it adds lots of extra $ to the visit and most of the time I never even use the stuff! If you are looking for spa services I highly recommend Natural Look.

      I've been going to this salon for a year and I love it. Andrea is a genius with hair and always manages to create the look I was hoping for. My nails never look better than when they're done by Maria. Everyone is so friendly, the surrounding are lovely and the services are the best. A truly wonderful experience.
